@robb_w7bc2 was from 12 years ago and they scaled back destruction in all the battlefield games for performance so they could up player count and because bc2 maps were usually one huge crater at the end of the game.
2042 has very limited destruction because they wanted 128 players (which was a mistake, 128 is too many)

I love that i was worried about this in July last year.... praying an hoping that EA/DICE actually listen to the community and bring back some of the glory from past Battlefield games that were actually good.

All of you, @EA_Atic and your colleagues have lost my trust, i'm so glad i never pre-ordered this crap and got my 10 hours free, that was enough for me and i didnt even use the full 10 hours before i uninstalled this crap.
