As the title states, Developer Feedback ! Do any of the Community Managers or Forum Moderators in here feed back to EA and or DICE about the level of disappointment and even anger in these forums? ...

@80uwjx4m1chc I've had threads where I pointed out clear issues and received a reply from EA/DICE acknowledging their awareness of said issue. They've also addressed many of the issues I felt needed attention. This is not to say they've addressed everything I've found to be an issue, but to imply that are listening and make changes based on feedback.
What we don't need, is another thread complaining about communication, they've also sent out numerous surveys in an attempt to gather feedback, I recommend keeping an eye out for their next survey. https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Battlefield-2042-Community-Survey-March-2023/m-p/12415451/highlight/true#M165024
Comparing their communication to how it was at launch, to now, I think they've vastly improved. It's not perfect, but its far better than it was.
I said it before, I'll say it again, the current state of 2042, is the state that it should've launched in, and I hope, for the sake of the Battlefield franchise that they realize this when they move onto the next Battlefield.
