Props on the changes to the two maps (Renewal and Orbital).
Liking the new point on the mountain (Orbital) which was previously just a running zone.
The sooner they can be brought into play the better.
Yep...noticed the final wide shot....that appears to be the new season 2 map.
Looks nice and tight with a good infantry CQC area on the ship in the middle.
I does look like the ship will have wide and clear fields of view over the other points though....might be a good idea to add some elevated cover between the ship and the surrounding points (buildings, other smaller ships maybe...).
Good to see changes coming to the specialists.
Restrictions on secondary gadgets for each of the classes would go a long way towards bringing it back towards a "Battlefield" game (just like it currently is with Liz and the AA and M5 rockets).
It's a nice video, hoping it translates into good gameplay improvements.

Let's hope that the mouse input will be FINALLY working. No word about that one, but let's hope we will finally be able to aim as we could (and can) in all older titles (and other games).

Agreed....hopefully with all teams "on deck" for BF2042 there are a number of different development avenues being pursued.
Have to say the priority right now should still be more content.
Alongside that I would like to think there is a technical (rather than design) team who is working on tweaking the mouse input.
I'd also like to hope there is another team working on UI improvements such as squad management and improvements to in-game communication forms other than VOIP.For example....a radial menu for the "ping" option to allow identification of infantry, tanks, move markers etc. would be nice.
