@OskooI_007Watched an Apex tournament this past weekend, and the teams that did well used what is called a "legal wallhack", which are a few specialist that can every few seconds see through the walls and highlight enemy players, and even one specialist outlines the enemies AND displays their health and armor levels, as if highlighting the enemies was not enough...HA
It was kind of crazy watching them pre-fire and mow down the enemies with the "legal wallhack". It use to be a common cheat on PC to install wall hacks, so it seems the Devs installed them for free to fix the problem...
And so the Apex "legal wallhack" was added to BF 2042 (along with the specialist like Pathfinder=Mackay), and players quickly disliked the auto-wallhack Boris turret, yet Paik pushing a button to legally wallhack and pre-fire enemies got a recent Dice buff...weird, although not unexpected as there are many carry-overs from Apex to BF 2042 from my experiences...
Have to agree.....the "Paik" wall-hack has to go.
A suitable replacement might be similar to the "Pulse" ability in the Division series where a player can "Pulse" their local area and it will identify how many enemy players are within a certain radius around the player. For example when you Pulse a message appears on screen stating "3 enemies nearby identified".
This would allow a similar level of situational awareness without the currently overpowering wall-hack ability.
I just can't stand playing at the moment as the instant you go for a flag cap or defend you get not just one but several pop-ups stating "location revealed". Great....several players now know exactly where I am am through walls and will be pre-firing my location any time now.
I spent time perma-banning players for using wall-hacks in a previous Battlefield title and I just can't bring myself to use this specialist in the current state.
This ability should NEVER have been in the game.
