Gotta say, I agree. I like the new Discarded, but vehicle play is being utterly ruined by those two models. Wildcat constantly harasses anything in the air, and the TOR is frequently one hit destroying any helicopters and two hit destroying any ground vehicle (in spite of my own testing showing this isn't possible even with the more powerful gun, let alone accurately hitting a fast moving target first time). The just camp in their spawn area at all times.
It wouldn't be that big a deal if they weren't an utter chore to take out. These are light vehicles. They're not MBTs. It shouldn't take multiple missiles + bombs/cannon fire to destroy them. I made attack runs on a Wildcat tonight which took SEVEN missiles in a staggered reload to knock out, because it was constantly repairing itself within seconds of being hit. Given my own experiences with these vehicles when being attacked by a jet or helicopter at close range, something is very much amiss. The TOR in particular aims too quickly in the hands of enemy players, never misses, has the aforementioned heavier damage, and is nigh impossible to take out with aircraft. This is in addition to players elevating or depressing the gun beyond the limits of the model to always hit what they're after, to include fast moving jets.
^ ^ So which is it, you can or you cant do it?
And any skilled heli or jet pilot can take out even a TOR with ease. i get ruined by Nightbirds even TOR has a very weak spot directly above it and anyone who can stay in that area will make quick work of a TOR.

@AOD_CapStar362 In testing the tank against bot controlled aircraft, with consecutive hits against an Apache, Stealth helicopter, and Nightbird, it required two hits to destroy each of them. For tanks, including other TOR tanks, it is three hits even with the more powerful gun. On the flip side, I will take two hits only in a tank, and one hit only in an aircraft. The more powerful gun is considerably slower to aim when charging, and even the slightest movement of an aircraft at range translates into considerable shift across the view. Shots rarely connect even when aligned correctly or led slightly, in compensating for the speed of the projectile. That players are hitting jet fighters diving on them at an angle - that is moving left-right or right-left on the downward slope - toward them or another target, and being able to keep pace to fire, is highly suspect.
Furthermore, multiple TOR tanks have been withstanding near constant hits yet continually regenerate armour without interruption. Their regeneration speed is clearly faster than my own, and their APS active time is also longer. I clocked mine at about 7 seconds. They are lasting longer than that, to at least ten, before popping off smoke that then lasts long enough for their APS to recharge.
Too many things with the people camping in these tanks do not add up with my own experience of the vehicle's capabilities. These would be the same sort of players who spot you instantly from the other side of the map through all manner of visual obstacles like smoke, trees, and structures, from positions where they are not visible even if you look closely at the screen. The cannon has insufficient zoom as well, making this even more questionable.

And it is not like they are doing a lot for their team, so, when they destroy, say, a helicopter, I'd prioritize A) Destroy their attack helicopter, so we are even, or,
B) Capture some flags and play the objective.
Once they destroy the helicopters and keep camping, they are useless for 2 minutes In my view, this type of player is not turning the tables in favor of their team in Conquest large. They do it, yes, on Conquest Small. Prioritizing some Lizes and so on will depend how much of a threat they are posing. Also, depending on where they camp with cover, even with Liz, they are a pain in the neck, we would waste a whole squad and a lot of time to get no results, or a irrelevant one.
Watch the videos. Some guys were trying that. On exposure, for instance, hiding behind that rock on the American side is very safe. The only threat would be another camper on the opposite side. It is annoying that that can do that, and thus is on DICE.
It is not worth it. These guys just disrupt the fun, intentionally or not. As I said, they are happy with 5-0.
