Dice or EA Can you do something about the cronus zen users already?

Add anti cheat system in the game because in most of servers there are so many who use cronus zen (zero recoil and headshot cheat )there are no fun play against them and there are no fun

Curious how you know it's a cheat rather than built-in auto-aim or someone who is really good. Also, how do you know it's specifically Cronus Zen?

I'm legit asking, because I want to know.
