Well looks like I was wrong, I searched youtube for gameplay footage of Paik before and after patch 1.2 and I found the max distance an enemy could be scanned is the same.

wallhacks have no place in any fps game, just replace her ability completely.
It only draw bad players to that class who undeservingly get kills in a cheap and pathetic way.

Paik had wall hacks since the beginning and was one of the most underused specialist in the game. You choose the specialist to give you an advantage in specific situations. So many people complain about certain specialist but don't even play them in the game. All recon + boris can spot/highlight enemies, but they are all very underused.
If any of you Paik complainers played Paik before the 1.2 buff, you would know that she needed a slight buff.
