...we need a working Battlefield game. That's it. We need a game that feels like BF3 or BF4, not...this. We don't need a shared narrative. Your "universe" is basically the REAL WORLD and a vision of the near future.
Just give us a working, properly-featured, GOOD Battlefield game. Not 128-player COD. Not * microtransactions. Not Santa suits. GIVE US BATTLEFIELD and we will be happy.
I think they are going to do the same as Activision did for COD. One client with a lot of games, battle royale, cross-progression between games, etc. It doesn't sound good :/.
They are not going to reply you realize that right? They are certainly listening, but they are turning their backs on us. They want what COD has, micro transactions etc and they are prepared to lose us in favor of greed and booming sales. Jokes on them, and i believe they know it because player numbers don't lie.
They changed **** all in update 3, well, nothing we asked for, and instead they are standing firm on their 'future projection'.
I actualy think this is going to be amazing for the battlefield franchise. Cant wait to hear more about this

Its obvious with the hiring and the statements there will be a BR Battlefield and a free to play battlefield game coming
It's funny because all the statements of the new studio etc all say about developing 'NARRATIVE' sorry but narrative has never been the problem or really a big concern for BF.
All BF fans want is loads of destruction, detail, classes, and top notch gameplay and gunplay and loads of maps to play on
It shows how tone deaf the really are.
The clue was in the statement when they literally said "developing new business models" says it all. (and also the boss said 2042 is being well received now haha)
