@jirikutilWe know so little about the EMG Scanner ability and yet you want it removed already? No one has even used it in-game yet!

what if they make a near future modern military game that imagines cutting warfare technology 20 years from now?
- 4 years ago@jirikutil @carsono311 I'm with Carsono on this, we don't know how it will fit the overall balance of matches yet. While it may seem like an overpowered ability, I also recall players in past game complaining about soft cover campers and bush wookies, which this gadget and Paik's passive ability both directly counter. I also don't think entire servers of Paiks will be an issue, as many of the Specialists have unique and quite powerful traits. It may very well prove to be overpowered but I'll hold judgement till I've played the game myself.
Side Note: It's not a wall "hack" if it's a built-in feature of the game available to all players. What makes hacking and cheating in general so horrible is that it puts honest gamers at a disadvantage. By adding this feature into the game in some capacity, developers are actually evening the playing field in a way, and no, this does not excuse the developers from taking strong anti-cheat measures. - 4 years ago
To me, seeing through walls is the same as having a radar / UAV on a FPS. Same advantage IMO. Im sure there is limitations.

@CyberDyme trolling is also not allowed so keep that in mind! 🤔 But fear not, we'll be able to detect the difference between Specialist discussions and those barred by TOS.
