I have to agree that Dice/EA has pretty much ruined this franchise. I have been playing this franchise since the beginning like most others here, and maybe i am just getting older, but this game from the start(PC only) to the Bad Company days and up to BF4 where great games. I played them for years) Then BF1 & BF5 came out, and in my opinion were a big step backwards(They sucked *) and I played them for about a month and unloaded them from my systems. This game is a step up from those two games for sure, and it is still early, and i am hopeful that they fix game play issues instead of introducing silly skins.
Also what the hell is with being able to land a tank on top of a building???? It makes capturing those way points impossible when a team stacks the top of a sky scraper with armored vehicles. Not to mention driving Hovercrafts up the walls of a sky scraper.... Sorry i am ranting... In any case i am willing to give this a chance for now, but if WW3 comes out on console I will be sure to look at that as a replacement myself. I really had high hopes that Dice was going to give us that more mature gaming experience again... fingers cross they can fix it..
Stick a fork in this turkey, it's done. What an embarrassment. We just need the inclusion of pathetic little dance moves to be the final nail in the coffin.

World War 3's character and weapon customization put BF2042 to shame. And gunplay too. When they get their own server issues sorted I'm not going to even look at BF.
