From our point of view is silence not a good sign.
But try to see it from their point of view.
No matter what you type you will get hatecomments. Even if you wish a happy weekend they wish you in the answers a painfull dead.
Wouls you not be also silent.
I know those with the hatecomments are no BF fans, i think many of them are not even BF players. They are just little drama queens who need the internet to feel strong.
A real BF fan and player would know with hatecomments and all this negative youtube videos you make things worse.
A polite customer has better chances to get what he wants than a natural born unfriendly person (there was a different term before but it was censored)
@TexatorrIt's a double edged sword, mainly because it's their fault they've put themselves in this position. You're right, it doesn't matter what you say, you're met with negative reaction. However, it would not be smart to consider anything else given the situation.
Once a player feels like they've been cheated out of their money, do you blame them, knowing that the publisher likely won't be coming back to fix the mess *cough* Anthem *cough*.
I'm a game developer and so it may come across as harsh but its really my passion. I couldn't dream of being proud of creating a game in this way to mislead players and label a terrible product as fantastic and then move onto another project. It's a bad mentality to have. Business is the the living blood of video games, I get it. However, you can have make great business by making good products, not by shovelling trash. I struggle to understand why people defend EA. There's literally nothing ethical about this whole situation from their end.
