Did the cheater get the official permission?

It seems that there are many cheater in battlefield games, and the play experience is very digesting, and some player which name begin with snip cheat in every game, did they get cheat permission officially? Why they can cheat so long time without punished？In battlefield 2042 will this cheat problem occur again?

    @lliweirui in before the lock...

    - Ofcourse the don't get 'official permission', like come on now.
    - Because they don't get caught or it takes a long time to undertake action against them and when they do they'll have a new account in a jiffy.
    - And probably Yes, it will occur again in 2042. No doubt about it.

    if micro transaction is there , why not? but hope to have LIVE admins or Vote kick options with banlist in servers helps alot
