DirectX function error while starting up game

I suffered driver crashed while starting up BF2042, I've rebooted my laptop couple times, manually re-installed RTX4070 driver and re-installed BF2042.

But ,I still got this error message while starting up the game. It was running smooth like 4 days ago.

I run other games like combat master and black squad, they are all OK, and I see the RTX4070 is running around like10~30% while I am playing them which means it's not physically malfunctioned, I suppose.

Would anyone please tell me what's going on? How to solve this since I've had spent like lots of time on this game already.
