@Straatford87Please take note of this. This is vital to countering the stealth helicopter. Its already problematic when it comes to survivability, even after the damage output nerfs. Rao must maintain the ability to use the FXM-33. If that means putting him in a different class, then it should be done.

100% agree Rao definitely needs to retain use of the FXM-33 otherwise the stealth helicopters get an easier ride.
