DMR Rate of Fire

Has the DMR's Rate of Fire been reduced? I didn't make any loadout changes and today it seemed like the DMRs had a slower rate of fire. Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Not sure about fire rate, but the SVK got a much needed recoil nerf.

@Adamonic it seems to jam after 3 shots for me. It's frustrating

@Adamonic I think it fires slower if you use a higher power optic

I will check that out, I don't remember swapping out any attachments.
