Do you ever see a ping from teammate?
I used to play with a full party of friends and sometimes could not see the pins from nearby squad members. When I was playing today, I could see the pin from the downed squad member when he was down...

It's quite inconsistent and has been the entire time, unfortunately. The group I play with regularly has at least one member of the squad unable to see the other people's pings/markings.
I am starting to think it is a proximity thing or a line of sight thing. Either you need to be really close to your teammate or both have to be able to see the enemy. Otherwise, if that is not the case, it is broken. I spam the heck out of the spot when I am down and even ask if my squadmates see it. Half the time they don't.
