Does anyone know if they can make an AI stand completely still

Does anyone know if they can make an AI stand completely still? We can force Players to have their Input Restricted but not the AI. I want to do this without pausing the server. Maybe its a bug that...

Just use Teleport with ongoing event and track the original playerstate position.
