Does EA know BF players?
Another BF fail game.
Does EA just ignore it's base players?
Last game I bought was BF4.
Sinse then BF games have been syncing.

EA/DICE doesn't know that the previous games even exist
The question shouldn't be do they know (they probably do), it should be do they care what they think. The answer is probably no if BF players don't share the vision of monetisation through cosmetic micro transactions and making it more accessible to COD and Fortnite players.
Battlefield has long been trying to take COD customers away and has diluted battlefield tremendously. It never was a realistic type shooter and now even less so. They basically got rid of HardCore after BF4. (you cannot even say BF1 had a hc community because they trashed it.) The game is changing and the old guard, myself included, do not appreciate it. EA and Dice are trying to make as much money as they can and I do not care if they do, but the game has to be solid and after the 2042 Beta, I knew it was not ready to play.
Everyone that played the Beta should have known that.

Yeah, the game has issues we all know that and DICE has already started to patch things and I’m willing to wait what the future will bring.
So, Stop complaining and move along, it is incredible how much time some people invest only to fuelling the hate train….
Gl & HF on the Battlefield - @Aramartis Meh. Disagree. BF1 was an amazing game. One of the most well put together BF games ever released. Both BF1 and BF4 should be the foundations for future BF games. 2042 is just a disaster .
- @RacialAdhesive- Agreed. I found BF 3 almost too difficult. I was never a good player. I died A LOT. BF 4 and One are my fav together with Bad Company 2 and of course 1942. Had they looked at those games, they did so many things well, they almost had a blue print. Number one should've been. Lets make an early beta (like a year or 6 months before) and make it last a month. Gather info and polish til almost release ready.
- @CountSero Another board police patrol troll. Hes a fan and purchased 2042. So i think this is what the boards are for. No one wants to dig through pages of topics. Its great that you're willing to give Dice a pass and wait for future contend. Others dont share that enthusiasm. And hey, its still a free country. Like it or not. But stop policing people here.

Free pass? Wow this has nothing to do with a free pass. I'm with you their wen that the game has too much issues related performance and bugs but DICE is already fixing things step by step. And yeah, maybe realising a game in such state was imo not the best idea. But still, I enjoy playing it.
And with evolving classes to specialist brings so much more to the game with their passive and active abilities also it gives you the freedom.
"Free country"? what has a “free country” to do in a discussion about a game?
It seems I don’t even live in the same country… here in the forum are players from all over the world and some are able to write in English even if English is not their mother tongue…
But hey I think I leave you with this discussion, have fun running in circles….
