Does killing bots count towards skin and weapon unlocks?

It would at least be logical to make killing bots on high difficulty rewarding for people who want to unlock weapons upgrades and camos, since some challenges are borderline impossible to complete in...

Progression is currently disabled for Portal and Solo/Coop but you can still level up in multiplayer AOW

But Vehicle unlocks are working by killing bots, I was on my Tank killed around 80-90 bots in that round and almost unlocked most stuffs in there.
