Does Portal support bots?

@MarkcusDYep. There is Bot Backfilling and can go up to 128 players on NextGen and PC or 64 on Xbox One and PS4.

You can even tweak the Difficulty Level of the AI Soldiers and still get XP as long as your Portal server rules are not crazy (this stops xp exploits).

Hopefully, there's also the option to not have bots in Portal mode. It shouldn't be forced.

    It's been confirmed that it's possible to disable bots in Portal mode? If so, that's great.
    Do you have a link to the blog post and quote of what's said? I did a search but didn't find one specifically about that.
