think this one just shows that there is a heavy need to add more vehicles again...
Wait, is this what lets people get vehicles all the time over anyone else? No wonder the same people are constantly in a helicopter throughout a round.

And it is an easy fix. Make the cooldown of the vehicle start after the vehicle becomes available for the individual.

@Padding_Ur_Stats I frequently noticed people were spawning a vehicle I was waiting on about 5 seconds before the timer ended, so I often couldn't use it. Currently, it becomes available to me now about 5 seconds after the timer ends.

My fix would change that.
If you piloted a vehicle and were destroyed and there is a vehicle cooldown (max vehicles spawned etc). They you get +10 added. This will allow those who were not pilots during that vehicle distribution to get a shot at piloting. After that +10 seconds, anyone can grab the available vehicle.
This would prevent macros, internet lag Z(to a point) from determining next pilot
