@Moab23 I have the same issues with the Dozer shield.
I even had a couple of duels with another Dozer. I could not damage him past his shield but he could.
I wonder if high FoV gives my Dozer a mistaken perception of how much the shield protects me.

@UP_Hawxxeye I've had that happen as well, getting slammed by another Dozer through my shield. I got killed by a Dozer with the shield from at least three feet away recently as well, whilst I wasn't getting hits at point blank.
