@L1qq Sure, Dozers special gadget is extremely stupid bad design, but in my opinion the shield is good where it is at the moment.
Dozer still barely is a valid choice for a specialist, unless you want to complete another T1 from your list.
I think I only used him once or twice for weekly missions after I reached his T1.

Kind of like I said above, he has a niche only in cases of extreme explosive spam and sometimes for pushing as the attacker side under the cover of smoke while covering the guys behind you.
He could shine if multiple people were all using Dozer to form a Roman shield wall to freak the living heck out of the enemy with their display of teamwork.
But a single Dozer is still one of the worst lone wolf picks
