@UP_Hawxxeye First off, this is on PC with all of the best upgrades which, as everyone else has mentioned, take way too long to get so it's not comparable in the slightest for general gameplay since you'll almost never see a console player physically being able to play like this. Second, the jets on the other team appear to be on console or are low-skilled players with how they're moving and aiming in comparison.
@UplandsystemBeing on PC is irrelevant, if not actually the opposite. The default PC jet controls are abysmal, you need to constantly be moving up/down with jets, which by default is done with the arrow keys or the mouse, both of which are bad for this purpose and you need to change the controls to something else. Keeping a stick pushed in a constant direction, or holding a button (that isn't the arrow keys or any other right-half-of-keyboard key), is much easier.
You don't need any precise aim for the JDAMs.
If your problem with the Draugr is that you need better unlocks and grinding them is slow... Then that's the problem, not the Wildcat. The NNEMPs are bad regardless of whether Wildcats exist or not, removing Wildcats isn't going to make them good.

Aka a bomb that is officially known to be bugged to have smaller than intended blast and does not have the intended burning/igniting aftereffect.
So most of his kills are with the plain old HE cannons.
PS: I do hope you are not trying to unlock stuff for the aircraft on player lobbies. This is far from optimal.
