To be totally honest I don't even know how the Draugr can be considered weak, maybe from the pilot perspective because can be easily destroyed? I don't know.
From the infantry point of view it's too much op, especially the Kerosene bomb is actually out of control and can kill people outside it's radius even if you are not even near to the flame, you simply die from.....heat wave? it's totally senseless and need a nerf urgently!
I also do not think that draugr is weak. As someone stated earlier, this is a glass cannon. Instead of anyone taking out a missile and destroying it with two shots, the person on the draugr is given the chance to temporarily bomb it extremely powerfully. Isn't this powerful enough? As for napalm, well, assuming that the draugr has no defensive capabilities, I don't disagree that it is powerful. However, it is so poorly staged that you don't realize you are being burned. I think there is room for improvement in the visuals.
