Dying while the game is over?

Why do you care when you get killed AFTER the match is over. Yes, maybe they should not show this to the players or maybe disable incoming damage once the round is over, but honestly, THE ROUND IS OVER. It is clear which team won. You 'dying' (or getting the death animation played for your character) does not change the outcome of the match. And it also does not subtract any scores/kills, so even the rank of your squad is unchanged.
