Dynamic team balancing system

@Hudson009 Catch up mechanics are hand holding for (everyones a winner) 12 year olds. Games dont end 20v10, from a near full server. They may start a round like that, and thats an issue all on its own. A part of the problem is players attitudes. They have are involved in one bad round and just quit. Join another server and rinse and repeat. If players hung around, balancing would be easier. Quite often at the moment in BFV, i can join a server mid round and be involved in a blow out, yet next round is a lot closer, and even a reversal. Now i dont know if thats DICE balancing or because of the player turnover from rage quitting or what, but im finding its rare to have more than one complete walkover in a row, Yes, several wins or loses, but not massive victories/defeats.
