That is a notification that your account has been banned due to a violation of EA's User Agreement, unfortunately. You should have also received a notification email to your linked email address.
While you can contact EA Help to ask them to create a ban appeal with the Terms of Service team they cannot unban you themselves. You can also scan the QR code to begin the appeal process.
