- @RanzigeRidder2 I suspect that is due to their stance about these peripherals not changing, so the focus is all on PC.
I hope this will not cause people problems over the use of MSI afterburner, Razer synapse etc.
I heard a lot of allegations about there being such issues during the launch of BF2042

I’m all for a better PC anti-cheat, I’d feel a lot better about it if there was a CTE for it to have been tested in the wild before being introduced into the active. How will this even play with MS systems is unknown. I can’t imagine Defender is going to play nice with this, so will require bypasses and exceptions, and that won’t reduce the overall effectiveness of PC security systems at all. If this is typical EA, it’s being released too early and with insufficient testing. I still see consoles at the top of the leader boards with 80+ kills (and not in a Nightbird) so while I’ll be glad to see a robust anti cheat for PCs, something to control the use of third party peripherals had better be in the works.
