EA banned me for nothing, ignored me for more than a month, closed my case

I’m honestly done with EA after this. I got banned from Battlefield 2042 for absolutely no reason. No cheats, no software, nothing. I literally left the game open in the lobby, went away, came back — banned.

So I opened an appeal the next day. EA says they reply within 24–48 hours.

Reality? More than ONE MONTH. I waited over a month for a response. And what did I get after all that waiting?

No explanation
No proof
No details

Just a generic copy-paste message

And then they closed the case. Now here’s the worst part:

Today is March 29 — and I STILL have no real answer. The case is closed, and no one has explained anything.

Timeline:

Feb 19 — banned
Feb 20 — appeal opened
March 18 — useless generic reply after MORE THAN A MONTH
March 29 — still nothing, case closed

So basically:

Ban a legit player
Ignore him for more than a month
Send a useless reply
Close the case
Refuse to explain anything

How is this acceptable? If your anti-cheat actually works, show proof. If you made a mistake, fix it.

But this? This just looks like a broken system and support that doesn’t care.

I don’t even care about the game anymore at this point. I just want people to see how bad this experience was.
