If they don't consider 400k member strong r/battlefield community as part of their feedback loop and they delete/ban all constructive criticism threads in this forums... what the are they doing? Is their job to help those few achievement hunters left playing the game? Do we need a new community managers/admins?
Maybe the game is in the current state because community managers simply aren't communicating ANY of the problems to the dev teams. Could it be?

Regarding Freeman not paying attention to Reddit that is why we tell people here to be constructive and detailed when leaving feedback so it's taken seriously instead of written off. The devs are human so if you have legitimate feedback but it's wrapped in a nice sandwich of "you devs are lazy what in God's name are you doing?" it's probably going to be ignored.
