@CountSeroThat’s fine, I’m glad that you enjoy game. But your argument doesn’t excuse the fact that this game is in an unacceptable state for the price. Video games and movies are not the same thing. Charging upwards of $60 for a game that is blatantly unfinished is not something we should be ok with. For $60+, we should expect a complete product from a multi-billion dollar company if they are charging that. We shouldn’t have to pay full price for a broken mess and then wait a year for the game to actually become playable and have all of the content we paid for. We shouldn’t have content cut from the game just for it to be slowly drip-fed back to us for even more money. Many players, including myself, don’t buy skins and cosmetics in FPS games. And the community doesn’t appreciate that EA is stripping Battlefield of its identity to try and chase the trends of current popular hero shooters like Overwatch and Apex Legends with silly skins and goofy characters acting like the war they’re fighting in is a fun game. In the trailers before launch, we were shown epic destruction, intense & gritty combat, realistic soldiers, and immersive environments. And we got none of that. It’s flat-out false advertising. And that’s not ok, whether you like the game or not.
But related to the cut content I'm not with you BF2042. You got AoW also there is Hazard Zone and imho one of the Powerful tools in BF gaming with the Portal mode. If you looked at the tool or videos what you can do with, it’s is so amazing. And if you look what they put in from BF1942, BFBC2 and BF3 this is huge.
Also, I’m part of this community so please speak for your self
Nah, we never had before some staged “marketing” trailers, such things don’t exist in gaming industries…
See you on the Battlefield
