@DeepSixxxx Thanks for sharing this info, seeing how it’s another EA title it’s fair to assume it’s working this way in 2042 as well.
The issue that I have behind all of this is that there are other titles that DO NOT have this issue. Nothing is of course perfect, but, not saying any names but I've played on other shooters where I've played with people half around the world on 100ms ping and others on lower pings and everything was fine.
Here I play with less than a 40ms ping and it constantly feels sluggish, rubber banding, killed in an instant while taking a full mag to kill one enemy. And please let's not start on input lag... Let's just face it and say they got it wrong, wrong and more wrong. Explanations of why it is like it is aren't helping. Fix it...we paid good hard cash for the experience.
I remember playing bf3 with our US clanmates on US servers ~130 ping was litterly godmode.
True there cant be a perfect system and something has got to give but my god it’s a terrible experience right noe
If only we had a server browser for battlefield 2042 to set ping limites to avoid this * by just playing with people having somewhat the same ping. Hmm..
