I'm having EA play pro so I can play battlefield 2042 elite version. Now when EA play price jumps sky high I'm going to cancel it but what happens to battlefield game? Am I going to loose everything? Do I need to purchase Battlefield separately and all my "belongings" will stay or do I loose everything including rank?
Everything should still be there if you log into the EA app with same email and password you used for EA Play. I have the game on PS5 but I bought it on PC and I use the same username and password and I can keep my stats the same.

You don't need the full 'pro' subscription for BF 2042.
The basic tier of EA Play ($40year?) would get you access to BF2042.
As mentioned all progress/purchases/profile details are shared between all platforms.
