Early access for "open beta" VS Early access for "Game Launch"

alright so, straight to the point.

What is the difference between the early access "open beta" and "game launch"
Whenever i google about the early access on game launch i only get information about the open beta.
is there any more information about this? i would like to know since i cant seem to find any information about it.
