There are several players here who can't start their game because it runs on too many systems. Even though they only have one PC...

Maybe, and only maybe, EA has a problem to recognize the accounts correctly. So maybe some really cheated, only it wasn't you and not your account, but due to the bug your account was assigned to the case.

    @Donidon I got the same flag before getting banned for nothing a day later…now its the wait game with EA

      @wettshrt- EA outsource its customer service to some place overseas that doesn’t give a damn.

      It’s unlikely you will see any meaningful results, my guy.
