Easy Steam refund Hurry up

I got a refund on Steam, for my gold edition, with 30+  Hours played, cause the Game is not officially released. This means, it doesn't matter how much hours u played, they must give u a refund cause the Game is not officially released.  Hurry Up and thanks to CavendishKnight for the Information.

I just wrote: I want to request a refund. The game is not officially released, so it doesn't matter how many hours I've played. I have the right to be refunded as long as the game is not officially released.
