Why does this have the ability to one shot a littlebird with zero indication or warning. Either add armor to the little bird to prevent one shot kills or nerf the stupid * tank already.

If you have tried the tank, you know that it is not an instant fire weapon, but rather required charging while you hold the FIRE button down.
If your helicopter is stationary enough, or moved predictably enough, for the weapon to hit it, then that is the fault of the pilot, and not an issue with the tank, it's weapon, or that it an instakill with one shot.
