Just another thought, why not just post your detailed concrete and precise question on the largest of the 4 main threads. Address the question directly to the CM, he will still definitely read it and he will still choose whether to answer it or not, so same result.
The reason I suggest this is your request would then have the weight / support of all the players on the thread.
