@Sc0tch_Whiskey same with me, I am now giving up after two tries, it used to be about 30.
I literally can't play the game. What the hell is going on? I have literally sat in a lobby more than I have played the game in the last month.
So how many other "active" players are actually playing because it seems like a lot are stuck in lobbies.
My fear is they have reduced or capped the amount of VM servers.
So we just sit in a queue until there are enough players to start a new server, but with so few players, to get 40+ for a 128 server may take 20+ minutes or longer. Then people get impatient and leave.

- @Adamonic Yea same. But I have noticed and others on here that player count doesn’t matter. There are times when player count is high or atleast for 2042 and I can’t get into a match but when the player count is low I’ll be in a match but only after a certain time. Here for me 5am to around 10am I can’t find a match. Since I been updating this post I think maybe five times I have been able to get into a match around that time. I believe they allocate the players to a different side of the country or world. I follow this twitch streamer and he is from the east coast US and I’m west coast. When he plays I cannot. And Vice versa.

Once again thanks for the update and helping to keep the thread alive.
DICE really need to respond and take the necessary action to resolve this issue SOON !.
There are many players unable to get into matches can you please let us know if something is being done to resolve this.?

EA has successfully filed a patent to make its servers more reliable by using player connections in real time to continually test the performance of live services. It will state which servers require maintenance before issues get out of hand) - @Adamonic I read that but my favorite are always the comments lol

Yea they better. The numbers are dropping. As for me. I’m bored already. Same maps. Already tier 1 weapons atleast the ones I always use and like. What else is there now?

Yeah it is really hard to drum up any enthusiasm to play, BF2042 feels very stale and it's a long wait until summer for hopefully more content.

Exactly, its all we can do until DICE step up and sort this asap, it's unacceptable that you can't play the game you paid for.
