- frekwalda13 years agoSeasoned Ace@RayD_O1 This is why I have given up trying to play on AOW as I have spend more time just sitting in the lobby then actually played the game. Yes I have 80 hours mostly in the first 3 weeks and with cross play off, since Dec 3rd nothing unless I turn cross play on then i can get in but always waiting a least a minute or more (30 seconds on count) then helo lands and then at least another 30 seconds to get in a squad. Then i play for a couple minutes and it is just unplayable and rage quit.

DICE need to listen to us and make the game playable by giving us a proper Server Browser set up.
We can only keep highlighting it until something is done about it although it is hard to keep going when DICE choose to ignore our requests.

My only reason for posting here daily is to ensure if they actually do get around to reading / responding to forum posts, that this topic is first and foremost at the top of the list.
It all seems pointless most of the time but the alternative is to give up and let all these threads disappear.
I am not under any illusions and I know the chances of getting the Server Browser system we need or even answers pertaining to it are very slim indeed.
But until they completely rule it out there is always a very tiny glimmer of hope.

We buy a game and the people behind it is determining when we can play.It is totally unacceptable and as I have said before first and foremost ALL players must be able to play the game they paid for.
DICE has a responsibility to players, they took your money so they need to step up and sort this out asap.
MM simply does not work and needs replacing, and as you rightly say the server browser is the only answer to resolving this issue.

After 5 days of not being able to join matches now, I can join both in CORE and PORTAL.

Weird.It is weird after the problems you had for so long.
One thing I would say is you are still having to live with the other disadvantages of MM.
Like being dumped to the lobby after every round, not being able to play through map rotation, playing the same map over and over or not being able to stay with your squad etc....
But al least you can play now which is definitely progress. 🙂
I wish we could say that about all the players who are still struggling even to play. !!

The game is so bad and feels so bad when I play with 128 player modes framedrops.
I wish for all players to be able to play and enjoy this game and I strongly suggest to EA, if the next patch wont make it better in gameplay and performance to withdraw it and refund the money for all players. - RayD_O13 years agoHero

MM is currently hindering players and causing unnecessary frustration.
DICE could you please implement the @DuaneDibbley proposal asap as it is something you should be able to do relatively easily.

You should also make sure you take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that all the guys who currently are unable to join matches get sorted.
Then further down the line implement the full blown Server Browser / Persistent servers we were used to in previous battlefields.

And so it continues, thanks for the update and helping to keep the thread alive until we get DICE to respond and take action to resolve this issue.
