EA has successfully filed a patent to make its servers more reliable by using player connections in real time to continually test the performance of live services. It will state which servers require maintenance before issues get out of hand)

Exactly, its all we can do until DICE step up and sort this asap, it's unacceptable that you can't play the game you paid for.
