Instead we get continued silence while the game remains abandoned.

@RayD_O1Honestly, I don't even believe that. If they were aware of all these issues and the team knew about them, you'd think that there would be some sense of urgency to address them or at least communicate their plans to address them to the community.

I actually 100% believe they are aware of it but I think there is a gagging order in place.
I I also believe that the lack of a server browser and zero communication is rapidly killing the game and it may be too late to turn it round. I am under no illusions about that.
But as I have said before until they clearly state that we will not be getting server browser / persistent servers I personally intend to keep these threads visible and I hope that everyone who has supported the threads will continue to do so.

A server browser already exists (for Portal). I guess it wouldn't be too hard to make this one available for AoW as well. But it is lacking features, so the filters would need to be extended, but this can be done IMO relatively easily.- RayD_O13 years agoHero

Like your proposal for example, a little effort from DICE would go a long way to making the game less frustrating and a better experience for all players.
And of course if they are working on improving MM telling the player base would give some hope and encourage players to stick around rather than abandon BF2042.
