@RayD_O1 They don’t care about the game anymore or what we all have to say about MM. sorry don’t mean to be the negative Nancy but it’s true. They posted on Twitter they changed their weekly game modes to 3 from 5? That’s priority for them and not being able to play when we want?What about being able to actually play the game? If we can actually play when we want maybe then the game would have more players.

I don't blame you for being negative.
Lets be honest it is virtually impossible to feel optimism when we are never given anything to be positive about.
A statement from DICE saying we hear you and are working on a fix / alternative to MM would go a long way to reducing that negativity / anger that is very evident within the community.
Even a statement saying that it will not be changed would allow players to move on, but this wall of silence breeds toxicity towards BF2042 and will do nothing for the BF reputation going forward.
Being able to play the game is a fundamental right that is currently being denied to many players and this has left the BF2042 player base dead in the water.

It seems the only way to get an aswer is to ask e.g. JackFrags to take a look at our proposal and then retweet it 😉 - @DuaneDibbley yep, and from I am being told, some of the top streamers are paid streamers, so they work for EA/DICE in some capacity. That is why you see all the interaction between them and CMs.
EA/DICE could care less about the rest of the community. - @Adamonic Best advice don’t always believe what YouTubers say. They also follow the bandwagon to get likes and that goes for all content not just gaming. They say they have given up on BF 2042 yet they keep making content for it lol

- @RayD_O1 I for one would like to play the game but still not working for me always waiting on players in various squads. Not going to turn cross play on just so I can get into an unplayable game.
Like I mention in another post, known issues has not been updated since 8th March and at the very bottom is this little tidbit. Well sure as not being keeping the community informed.

Dice can you please step up and sort this it has been allowed to continue for too long.
Players need to be able to play the game they paid for.I just wanted to say that I completely agree.
The game is completely unplayable at the moment for many of the few remaining who even want to play it. I don't understand how DICE can leave this unrectified for so long without offering refunds, many people can't even utilize the product they paid for.
- @Dsmilees DICE never promised they'd sell us a playable, populated game. And they sure don't seem like they have any motivation to fix the game given the fact that we're almost 3 full months into the year and all they've done is fix a few bugs, add a scoreboard (freakin lol), and have VOIP and "vague talk about vehicle balance and a weapon mod rework" but won't share anything more, despite the update coming next month.
DICE can leave this as-is and continue abandoning this game because there's nothing stopping them from doing so. All they have to do is deliver the bare-minimum on S1 and they can pack it in and focus on the next BF, which is starting production now, while hoping that people will forget how terribly they handled 2042.

That's why we need to keep pushing for DICE to sort this so all players have access to the game they paid for.
Please add your support for this thread by regularly posting your experiences.

best live-service game i've ever played. coulnt even form squads, because there was noone...

This is indeed a well thought out feature which could be easily implemented without much effort / cost.

I am sure I speak for many on this forum when I say we would really appreciate a positive response / action from the team regarding this issue as it really is the number one priority for many of us who want a replacement for MM asap.
