Same issue on PS5 but in NA, East Coast. I don't have cross play on. I reinstalled the game to check out progress. Two days straight I couldnt get into a match.
If this is happening now, what's gonna happen when Season 1 finally arrives?
I've also heard that they've had to remove pre-made Portal experiences due to lack of players.
I think at this point a server browser needs to be a top priority or no one will be able to find games in the future, especially given match making wasnt even working all that well at launch.
@ArchAngeL-PCX Finding matches without cross-play is pretty darned hard. You pretty much have to use cross-play since populations are so low overall.
What happens with S1? They'll probably do a big marketing push to try to bring back players who have quite and sell more copies to bring in new blood. But if things keep on going the way they are, the game is still gonna be buggy and poorly designed and not be able to retain those players, either.
Server browser will at least help centralize the small playerbase into a handful of populated servers so we can play, vs. waiting endlessly in queue or popping into matches that are half filled with AI regularly.
