Thanks for supporting the thread with daily updates- @RayD_O1 I hate to say it but I think every one has to make a choice to either abandon the game or accept what it is and just deal with it. We won’t get our money back no matter how much we ask. We will get new content
Because they are obligated legally to do so but it can be bare minimum. But for myself this next update will determine what I do.

It's very hard to be optimistic but only time will tell if BF2042 has a future.

- @RayD_O1 I saw this on Twitter (DICE is currently working on the April update notes for #Battlefield2042. Florian claims that it's not long now. MM needs to be in my opinion priority for me to stay. All other fixes I will definitely like but no point if I can’t play.

- @RayD_O1 So I have noticed when I try to play around the times I can I cannot get into a match at all. one reason I can tell was player count. But now the player count is pretty much the same and I am able to get into matches any time I want. . Even tho I cannot play around this time mostly. Life you know lol. So that tells me that they turn off the servers around the time in my area or whatever section I fall under for their servers that I have always been complaining about. If that’s so that’s very sad to know they are not letting paid customers use their hard earn money to play a game when they want. Just my thoughts on it.

All the pleasure has been taken out of gaming and I feel most players feel they have wasted their money with this BF title.

- @RayD_O1 It says over 400 fixes. But like you said always if it was a priority it be fixed now. So I’m still skeptical about it. 400 fixes sounds great and well appreciated. But doesn’t mean anything if you can’t play.

Followed by the ability to play through the complete map rotation without being chucked out to the lobby after every single round etc........
Not a single word about Server Browser since the launch update IN November, talk about the elephant in the room. You can't ignore it forever. Use MM for Quick Match, let the dedicated players have a server browser. That's how communities get built and you keep a solid player base.

I'm also seeing the "waiting for players to join" screen too often. Maybe it is a bug, because I can usually find Conquest games, but I prefer Breakthrough. If AI soldiers are supposed to fill the gaps, then even if it's just you, the round should still start.
Beyond that though, I am sick to death of playing the same map over and over, usually on the same side. Boring.
Why the previous server system was changed is a mystery. It works so well in previous BF games, what were they thinking?
- @ABC-Warrior-real This has been going on For months as you can tell by these posts. I also like conquest but the maps so big I hate the running part of it. I have pretty much accepted that the few matches I can play I’ll only get two maps maybe three if I am lucky. I was told that when the server is low of human players Ai fills the rest of the spots until actual players join. But later I heard there has to be a certain amount of human players for that to work lol. Can’t win for losing right.
That makes no sense. If they use AI to fill the players, why would we ever have to wait to find players. More likely they have stopped paying their server bills.
- @Sc0tch_Whiskey I think I mentioned this before but currently MM is not working in us west coast but there is a twitch player on the east coast of us and that person is able to get into matches. So that tells me servers are turned off in this area.
- @ro7hbard I'm guessing that there is like a 10/20 player minimum for a server to be spun-up/available and joined in and the rest filled with bots. If there aren't enough in queue then it just waits. But then some get put into existing matches and slows down a whole party [for those of us that only queue in a party] trying to join a match.
What do you know, more reason for persistent community servers/server browser...
