@LS5_71 I’ll always support a thread calling for a server browser! The entire community agrees with you on this, give or take a couple of negative Nancies. The simple answer for the stealth is to make the soflam, with its directed laser, to be able to lock on. Stealth tech won’t prevent a line of sight weapon, so not sure why it does in this game.

- AOD_CapStar3623 years agoSeasoned Ace@RayD_O1 yup, SACLOS - aka Semi-Automatic Command to Line-of-Sight - Stealth has NO effect on stopping this. Stealth is for IR and RADAR.
The only way to stop SACLOS is take out the operator of the pointer or put a solid object like a building or terrain between you and the pointer.
but this is BF, there is so much that makes no sense to reality.
The same exists for the FXM, ATA fired missiles, SOFLAM locked M5 Rocket - i have watched missiles pursue its target despite going behind a giant mountain or building and the missile still has a LOCK despite it cannot physically see its target, it would just fly off randomly at that point.
and again, thats BF for you
