The nerfs in the August update are clearly overkill.Players often talk about how strong Condor/Hind are, but they can't do simple addition. Condor/Hind has 2 or more players. In some cases, condor/Hind may have more than 3 players on board. they work perfectly together. The strength of condor/Hind is the strength of collaboration. *Make sure your combined infantry squad is strong.I have a question for the player who was run over by a condor/Hind.Did you cooperate with your comrades when you were killed in action?condor/Hind is when two or more players attack you as a common target.Needless to say, the only way to defeat a coordinated enemy is to work together.Can you dodge the missiles being launched with your friends?Was that missile linked with a companion?Of course, uncoordinated missiles cannot kill crews of coordinated condor/Hind.because they work together.condor/Hind encourage collaboration.That should have been the guiding principle in BF2042.Excessive weakening of condor/Hind is a denial of player cooperation.If you want to save your infantry, you have work to do.It is a tool that encourages infantry coordination.For example, like Sophram and Javelin's partnership.Depending on the situation, it would be interesting to combine two Soflams to increase their offensive power even further.

@sorikkc It's a transport vehicle, its not supposed to be a primary attack vehicle, hence the name TRANSPORT.I for one welcome the nerfs to any and all helos, 3/4 of my deaths playing Breakthrough on defense are due to some window-licker in a helicopter.And now with the stealth helis they are hovering at the top of the flight ceiling in stealth-mode above certain pounts in Breakthrough and raining bomb non-stop with no way to counter them.

@ATFGunr Same I have no sympathy for those pilots if they did nerf it too much, they've taken advantage of how OP they've been for way too long.

@sorikkcI’m going to assume you’re in a different time zone, as where I am it’s not even released yet. So this would be a preemptive post about the nerf or you’ve played it? I won’t be surprised if the devs swung it too far into nerf, but after a long period of it being OP I won’t feel super bad about it. Pilots and gunners will need new tactics.

A lot of us think the Condor and Hind are OP, you’ve shared a different opinion. That’s ok, you’re entitled to it. Might be a bit early as the patch hasn’t dropped yet and we don’t know the full circumstances. Maybe we’ll talk again.

@sorikkcI can run with a full squad of buddies in Discord, we all have over 400 hours in the game and are over level S100. We are very happy to run a mixed squad with an Angel, Rao, AA rockets / Recoilless and a Soflam. As far as I’m concerned we are the epitome of an anti vehicle squad. Even still it’s almost impossible to take out a stealth, and still a challenge for a Hind or Condor. The average pilots are pretty easy, but the good ones are able to be too good and run 80-0. That’s not balance. The whole point of the nerf is to prevent a single player being the most dominant force in a server, especially when people do take the time to use teamwork to destroy the enemy. How many players should have to focus on a single vehicle? I’m not saying it’s perfect, I am saying you’re complaining without tasting the food. I am not saying the balance is perfect, ground vehicles have been too weak since Lis came on scene, so there are buffs / adjustments needed.

Nope. It's OP. It's not even the cannon that's OP. It's the engine power, flight ceiling, overall health, and miniguns that have the range of half the map.

But my argument has another crux.
When it comes to infantry and weapon mods, I feel like DICE has a conviction.
But what about vehicle modifications?
I feel like there are too many inexperienced players when it comes to combat vehicles.
For example, let's say an enemy squad has captured a building. The enemy has a sniper, a companion who protects it, and a human who fights alone with a shotgun.
What if someone says "Sniper is too strong"?

@ATFGunr It's an honor to be able to exchange words with friends who love this game.
He must have protected many of his comrades on many battlefields.
You were probably working together to attack one enemy.
However, enemy transports also cooperate with their crews to survive.
If both teams work together, it's obvious that they will compete.
Then the transport can never do a good job.
Transport requires at least 2 players.
If it's a transport that even you can't take down, it's almost certainly a team of 3 or more because there's a repairman.
Given the use of weapon resources, this is a tactical victory.
Furthermore, what if a friendly aircraft comes to cover for only 15 seconds at that time?
Even an immature aircraft is no problem.
Transports can be easily destroyed.

If so, it's not a matter of transport, but of weapon asymmetry to the second wave.
Both teams are welcome to have the same number of aircraft.
Similarly, infantry are welcome to cooperate and have countermeasures.
However, I have to say that any fix that easily undermines the transport is ridiculous.
