Falck change when self healing with the syrette pistol

When using her syrette pistol I used to shoot the ground and walk over the dart to self-heal but I found out that if you hold the D-pad, im on PS5, to the left an animation will play and she will sho...

@Ironhead841 Weird considering that if you shoot an enemy with your dart it does a small amount of damage to them.

I think it's the projectile doing the damage rather than the 'medicine'.
