False positive bans

Same issue here, got banned on the 14th for cheating, which I didn't do. When I open a case I just get told that they investigated it and the ban was correct.

I am also having this problem since the 14th too, I was in the middle of game, it crashed and went back to the menu, i restarted the game and had the popup saying I was banned
The worst thing is that on my first appeal, the automated response was saying that I was banned for trading Fifa coins or some crap like that, plot twist, I don't own any Fifa games. Then got a second message saying that the ban is legitimate and they won't revert the decision.
I can't get a refund because I played more than 2h.
I'm at my third appeal. I suspect that they are ordered to reject any appeal, rightful or not, they barely read what you put in your plea. And since it isn't making much noise on social networks and in the press I'm pretty sure they will not do anything. If the third appeal doesn't result in anything positive, I'll push a litigation case with my country's consumer defense association.
- @BL00DMVN If you purchased it through Steam, you can get a refund on any unreleased game, no matter if you’re past the two-hour play limit.
This game is in early access, so it’s unreleased. Make sure to let Steam know this.

@BL00DMVNYO!!!! This is exactly what happened to me!! Was playing on Renewal and my game froze for a few seconds then crashed to the desktop. It was late for me... so I just turned off my computer and went to bed. Then to wake up to an email stating I was banned for cheating. This is some pure and utter BS and EA should be looking into this. I'm gonna give it a little time... maybe a few days and if I don't get my access back then I'll be calling my bank and getting a Charge Back done. They ain't gonna steal my $95 on top of stealing almost 300 hrs invested! HELL NO!
I would love to know the stats on how many people were banned for no reason... how many appealed, how many were denied with the appeal and how many then opted to do a Charge Back through their banks.
